We mainly sell second-hand items at our auctions. It is therefore important that you carefully inspect the item before deciding to bid for a lot. If you fail to notice any damage or defect because you have not inspected the item, you are not entitled to revoke the purchase for this reason alone. If the damage was not present during the viewing, you should file a complaint with our customer services as soon as possible. Read more about the buyer’s obligation to inspect items and the rules for complaints in our terms of purchase, which are available on our website and through customer services.
